Your Recruitment Process
Every businesses recruitment process is different. How you deliver an amazing candidate experience to attract and hire the best talent will be different to the next business. It’s important that you define your process, the standards you expect, tech that should be used and how recruitment should be completed. This needs to be communicated to your team, they should be trained on the full process and encouraged to identify any areas of improvement or anything that could enhance your process.
What Training Do My Team Need?
Your team need to be trained on everything in your unique recruitment process from…writing a job ad, best practices, using social media in recruitment, reviewing applicants, using technology to recruit, asking the right questions, interviewing skills….the list goes on. Your recruitment process is the first impression your new team members get of your company, make sure your team are delivering it right.

This needs to be part of your induction if your employee will be involved in recruitment. How it’s delivered is up. to you. It could be one to one with their line manager, delivered by your in house training team, online or a recruitment manual. If you can’t deliver it. Outsource it.
